Brian maintains a general litigation practice with a focus on commercial litigation, realization of security interests and alternative dispute resolution. Brian has also had the opportunity to work on several cases involving rarely addressed constitutional disputes.
Brian has been, and continues to be, very involved in Saskatchewan’s sports community. He played junior football with the Regina Thunder for the duration of his undergraduate degree and the Saskatchewan Huskies during his first year of law school, where his team won national semifinals. During law school, Brian worked as a research assistant, addressing various constitutional law topics. He explored these topics further as president of the Runnymede Society’s Saskatchewan chapter, attending multiple national conferences.
