Lauren is a litigator practising in the firm’s insolvency and commercial litigation groups.

Lauren received her Juris Doctor from the University of Manitoba in 2025. She joined the MLT Aikins Calgary office as an associate after both articling and summering with the Calgary office during law school. Prior to entering law school, she obtained a Bachelor of Science in microbiology and a chemistry minor.

During law school, Lauren completed an externship with the L. Kerry Vickar Business Law Clinic and Manitoba Legal Clinic for the Arts and served as an editor of The Current Legal Landscape of the Manitoba Law Journal.

She also volunteered with Pro Bono Students Canada on projects addressing access to health care for marginalized populations and with the Speaker’s Bureau of the Centre for Human Rights Research.

Lauren continues to volunteer in the community through the King’s Bench Amicus Project.
