Kyle is a member of the firm’s corporate group, with a practice focused on mergers and acquisitions, general corporate and commercial matters and tax.
Kyle received his Juris Doctor from the University of Calgary in 2025. Prior to starting law school, he worked as an oncology research assistant with Alberta Health Services, where he co-authored research papers regarding definitive chemoradiotherapy.
During law school, Kyle worked in-house in a contract review role and volunteered with Student Legal Assistance.
