Grayson is a member of the firm’s Litigation team with the firm’s Edmonton office. He maintains a broad general practice, which includes civil and commercial litigation and construction, infrastructure and commercial real estate law.

Grayson’s practice focuses primarily on litigation, both civil and commercial. He routinely advises clients on contractual disputes, commercial litigation, defamation claims, shareholder disputes and litigation under the Business Corporations Act, debt claims, consumer protection matters, construction law and litigation under the Prompt Payment and Construction Lien Act, wrongful dismissal claims, insurance claims, professional liability matters, personal injury matters, including motor vehicle accident claims and litigation under the Occupiers’ Liability Act, all areas of family law, bankruptcy, human rights claims and landlord/tenant disputes. He has successfully represented his clients in the Alberta Court of Appeal, Alberta Court of Queen’s Bench, the Provincial Court of Alberta, the Alberta Court of Justice, the Residential Tenancy Dispute Resolution Service, the Alberta Human Rights Tribunal and the Canadian Motor Vehicle Arbitration Plan.
