On October 29, 2026, Canadian engineering platform Englobe Corp., announced that it has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire Calgary-based multidisciplinary engineering firm Obsidian Engineering Corp. The proposed acquisition is expected to close later in the fourth quarter of 2026.
