Jordan is a litigator who maintains a general litigation and insolvency practice. He has represented clients on a variety of matters including construction disputes, estate litigation, and advising secured lenders in enforcement and foreclosure proceedings. Jordan is also regularly involved in proceedings under the Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act (BIA) and the Companies’ Creditors Arrangement Act (CCAA), such as consumer proposals and receivership proceedings.

Jordan obtained his Juris Doctor from the University of Calgary in 2022. Prior to entering law school, he completed a Bachelor of Arts degree in linguistics and language with a French concentration and a Greek minor.

During law school, Jordan worked as a research assistant on the topic of Canadian offshore wind and green hydrogen development. He also volunteered with Pro Bono Students Canada (Civil Claims Duty Counsel).
