Jilian Stefanson

Jilian assists clients with a wide range of corporate and commercial matters, including asset and share transactions, commercial real estate acquisitions and dispositions, commercial leasing and construction and infrastructure projects. She takes a practical, collaborative approach to her work, with a focus on understanding and supporting her clients’ business objectives. 

Jilian supports clients at all stages of asset and share transactions and regularly assists with general corporate matters, including incorporations, policy development, corporate governance and the preparation and negotiation of commercial agreements used in day-to-day business operations. 

In the commercial real estate and development context, Jilian works with purchasers, vendors, landlords, tenants and developers on real property acquisitions and dispositions, development projects, commercial leasing and financing matters. She also assists clients involved in construction and infrastructure projects by advising on procurement strategies and supporting the drafting and negotiation of project contracts.
