Natasha is an associate lawyer in the firm’s Calgary office, practising in corporate/commercial law with a particular focus on the agriculture and food industry, energy and commercial real estate.

Natasha has experience advising clients in the agriculture and food industry and across a variety of industries on their corporate and commercial matters, including corporate governance, commercial real estate acquisitions and dispositions, commercial leasing, project and construction financing, farmland leasing arrangements, and Foreign Ownership of Land Regulations. In Natasha’s practice, she has advised producers of regulated agricultural products on project financings and regulatory matters, including product sales.

In addition, Natasha has experience advising clients across a variety of industries on real property matters, environmental, social and governance (ESG) -related matters, and mergers and acquisitions.

Natasha was admitted to the Alberta Bar in 2020.
