Natasha maintains a general corporate/commercial practice with a particular focus on the food, agriculture and agribusiness industry. In her practice, Natasha regularly advises clients across a variety of agricultural industries, including regulated sectors such as cannabis and supply managed industries, on their corporate and commercial matters. Natasha focuses on providing practical, strategically-tailored advice on commercial agreements, commercial real estate acquisitions and dispositions, commercial leasing, farmland leasing and related arrangements, supply agreements, real property matters, infrastructure land law, project and construction financing, Foreign Ownership of Land Regulations, corporate law and corporate governance matters, M&A transactions and ESG reporting obligations. Natasha’s practice also includes advising insolvency professionals on distressed transactions.
Natasha was admitted to the Alberta Bar in 2020.
