Scott is a partner practising in the area of corporate and commercial law with a focus on mergers and acquisitions, competition law, corporate governance and finance and commercial real estate.

With a commerce background and business law experience, Scott assists clients with the implementation and execution of operational, tactical and strategic decisions as well as developing efficient, feasible and effective solutions. He brings his passion for business into the legal realm.

Scott has developed a broad base of experience and regularly advises clients on various corporate matters focusing on the sale and acquisition of businesses across a wide array of industries including agriculture, manufacturing, transport and healthcare including dental practices, orthodontic practices, medical clinics, veterinary clinics and pharmacies.

Scott also has extensive experience in corporate governance related matters including the preparation of shareholder agreements, resolution of shareholder disputes and execution of shareholder buyout transactions.
