Stephanie advises clients on a variety of corporate and commercial matters, including project development and planning, procurement, and corporate governance.
Stephanie’s practice has a particular emphasis on renewable energy, construction, and carbon capture, sequestration, utilization and storage; in addition, Stephanie has a wealth of experience assisting clients across a range of industries including oil and gas, mining, infrastructure, lumber, and cannabis. She has advised clients in connection with mergers and acquisitions and corporate reorganizations.
Stephanie also has experience working with Indigenous businesses in establishing joint ventures, partnerships, and other business relationships with resource and energy companies.
During law school, Stephanie was an assistant to panelist for a NAFTA appeal panel where she researched and analyzed issues in international trade law and assisted in drafting panel opinions.
