Privacy lawyer Kristél Kriel to speak at ARMA SK Conference 2025

On April 10, 2025, MLT Aikins partner Kristél Kriel will speak at the ARMA Saskatchewan 2025 Conference in Regina.
This three-day event brings together leaders in technology, security, privacy and information management to discuss pressing topics such as AI and governance in the new technological landscape.
Kristél will present a session entitled “Crossroads: How Privacy, Information Management and Cyber Intersect.” She will also moderate a panel discussion on “Privacy: The changing landscape,” exploring how to address ever-evolving privacy challenges and leverage related opportunities. Panellists include Roberta Perrault (Chief Privacy Officer & Ethics Advisor, SGI), Christine Bayton (Chief Privacy Officer, eHealth) and Ron Kruzeniski, K.C. (Acting Information & Privacy Commissioner of Saskatchewan).
MLT Aikins technology, IP and privacy lawyer Matt Barnes and articling students Matthew Douglas and Geena Holding will also attend the conference and connect with participants at the firm’s tradeshow booth.
