On April 11, 2025, MLT Aikins Chief Operating Officer, Tamara Sinclair, will speak at the EmpowerHER Leadership Summit in Vancouver.
The firm is proud to be the Feature Sponsor of this inspiring, one-day event led by Erin Harris Leadership Coaching which promises to be a “game-changing” experience for a group of 30 growth-focused women, from emerging managers to established senior leaders across industries. The event will feature influential keynote speakers, interactive workshops, breakout sessions and facilitated networking opportunities, all aimed at amplifying leaders’ impact and transforming their leadership journeys.
Tamara’s fireside chat will draw from her wealth of experience on the personal transformation that takes place on the path of increasing responsibility in leadership roles.
“Growth comes from being open to stepping into situations where you may not be the expert. Often, it’s about pushing past feelings of worry, self-doubt, and perfectionism to realize your potential for success. Working in environments that are inclusive and support leadership growth have been critical to my development,” Tamara says.
MLT Aikins partners Lynsey Gaudin and Lisa Ridgedale will also attend the summit and contribute their leadership experiences with the group.
