Moira practises in the area of corporate and commercial law, with a focus on commercial real estate, construction, mergers and acquisitions, commercial financing and corporate governance. She has experience drafting and negotiating purchase agreements and lease agreements and advising on various types of commercial transactions and day-to-day issues for clients at every stage of growth in a variety of industries.
Moira obtained her Juris Doctor from the University of Manitoba in 2025 and completed her articles with MLT Aikins. She is an active volunteer, having served in executive roles at the University of Manitoba and on non-profit organizations’ board of directors.
