Ben is a respected adviser in the Calgary business community, having provided experienced counsel across a wide range of practice areas, including acquisitions, contracts, shareholder agreements, corporate restructuring, tax reorganizations, family trusts, business sales and succession and estate planning.
He is recognized for his practical, business-focused approach and has advised clients across a range of industries, including technology, construction, professional services, software and oilfield services. Ben is also active in the legal community, both as a regular speaker and author on legal and tax topics and by serving previously on the CTF YP Steering Committee and CBA Tax Law Executive.
