MLT Aikins was pleased to assist the founding shareholders of Applied Aquatic Research Ltd. (AAR) with the sale of AAR to Englobe Corporation. AAR will continue to operate as a standalone highly specialized environmental consulting firm, as one of Englobe’s portfolio of companies.
MLT Aikins partner John Brigidear led the transaction, with assistance from associates Robert Law and Devon Fjellner, as well as articling student Maxwell MacLaren. John, Robert, Devon and Maxwell are based in the firm’s Calgary office.
