MLT Aikins is pleased to welcome associate lawyer Courtney Yaremchuk to the firm’s Edmonton office.
Courtney is an associate lawyer whose practice focuses on wills, trusts, estate administration and succession planning for individuals, families and businesses in both Saskatchewan and Alberta. Drawing on years of experience in rural practice, she has a particular interest in intergenerational planning for agricultural operations and family-owned businesses. In 2024 she obtained her designation as a Trusts and Estate Practitioner (TEP), underscoring her commitment to thorough, detail-focused work in trusts and estates.
Courtney was called to the Saskatchewan Bar in 2021, having received her Juris Doctor from the University of Saskatchewan in 2020. Prior to completing law school, she obtained a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) in 2017 from the University of Saskatchewan.
