MLT Aikins has facilitated the merger of a multi-generational, family-owned Canadian fencing and perimeter security company with a global leader in access solutions.
Winnipeg-based Wallace & Wallace and Wallace Perimeter Security has been purchased by ASSA ABLOY, based out of Stockholm, Sweden.
Korwynn (Kori) Buhler, the President of Wallace group of companies, couldn’t be happier with how MLT Aikins handled the complexities of the transaction.

The Wallace group of companies was started in 1946 in Winnipeg and has served the Canadian market and beyond as a manufacturer, distributor and installer of perimeter fencing, door and gate solutions for the commercial and residential market.
