Adele Domenco (Winnipeg)
Adele practises in the advocacy department, with a focus on professional liability defence work and a range of general commercial litigation matters, including collection and recovery proceedings.
Sean Jones (Vancouver)
Sean practises in Indigenous, environmental and regulatory law, with a focus on natural resource law. He has extensive experience in federal and provincial environmental assessments and advocating for the rights of Indigenous communities.
Maria Penner (Winnipeg)
Maria practises in corporate and commercial law with an emphasis on banking and commercial lending, commercial real estate, and corporate immigration and cross-border transactions.
Ian Scarth (Winnipeg)
Ian Scarth practises civil litigation with a focus on debt collection, commercial disputes, insurance and estate matters. He has appeared in various levels of court in Manitoba, Alberta and Saskatchewan and before numerous administrative tribunals and regulatory bodies in Manitoba.
Jonathan Troyer (Calgary)
Jonathan has extensive experience advising energy and resources, aviation, logistics, health care, food processing and manufacturing clients on M&A, technology and general commercial and compliance matters. His work in the technology space includes working closely with accelerators, emerging growth companies and providers of cloud-based services and digital industrial applications to commercialize their offerings and scale growth.
