Tom is experienced in advising individuals, private and public companies as well as professional organizations in a broad range of commercial civil litigation and regulatory proceedings often involving complex business disputes including allegations of breach of contract, fraud, defamation, anti-competitive conduct, violations of securities laws and duties owed by shareholders and partners.
Lisa Ridgedale, partner
Lisa is a highly skilled and experienced litigator who has appeared before the courts in British Columbia, Alberta, Manitoba, Washington State and New York, as well as before numerous provincial and federal administrative tribunals, including the Securities Commissions of British Columbia, Alberta, Manitoba and Quebec and the SEC. Her practice focuses on complex commercial, securities and family litigation.
Scott Marescaux, associate
Scott brings a client-centred focus to assist corporate and individual clients in a variety of litigation matters, including contractual disputes, company and shareholder disputes, commercial and residential real estate and defamation matters, and in regulatory proceedings in the B.C. Securities Commission and other regulatory bodies.
Or Regev, associate
Or represents individual and corporate clients in a wide range of civil and commercial litigation matters. He has assisted with disputes before the British Columbia Court of Appeal and has appeared before the British Columbia Supreme Court and Federal Court of Canada.
Leah Shepherd, associate
Leah advises individual and corporate clients in a variety of commercial matters involving, for example, shareholder and partnership disputes, fraud and misrepresentation, directors’ and officers’ liability, breach of fiduciary duties, oppressions and derivative proceedings, contractual disputes and professional negligence and/or misconduct.

Kristyn Weilinger, associate
