Andrew Boumford (Winnipeg)

Andrew carries on a commercial, corporate and civil litigation practice, with a focus on corporate oppression claims, shareholder disputes and professional malpractice defence.

Baillie Chisick (Winnipeg)

Baillie practises in all aspects of financing, buying, selling, developing and leasing commercial properties, including industrial, retail, multi-family apartments, condominiums and hospitality spaces.

Jessica Jensen (Winnipeg)

Jessica practises U.S. and Canadian immigration law. She is dual licensed in two U.S. states and the Province of Manitoba and maintains a Foreign Legal Consultant permit. Jessica advises multinational companies on the movement of their workforce.

Bret Lercher (Winnipeg)

Bret focuses on general labour and employment, representing management of organizations in diverse industries. He provides advice and representation on labour and employment law for both unionized and non-unionized workplaces.

Paul Tascona (Winnipeg)

Paul is a corporate/commercial lawyer whose practice is primarily focused on M&A, secured financing transactions and aircraft acquisitions/financings. He also advises on complex transactions for both private and public companies in various industries, including agriculture, aviation, insurance, financial services, manufacturing and transportation.

Bennet Misskey (Regina)

Bennet’s focus is on complex construction, transportation, insurance and energy-related matters. He advises clients on all manner of disputes and contract issues in the construction, infrastructure and energy sectors.

Jason Paw (Calgary)

Jason’s practice is focused on corporate and commercial law with an emphasis on banking and financial services, corporate governance and commercial transactions.

Brendan Brock (Vancouver)

Brendan practises complex commercial and corporate litigation and has advocated for clients in trials and appeals before all levels of Court in British Columbia and leave applications to the Supreme Court of Canada.
