Tony acts for lenders and borrowers, advising clients in all aspects of real estate transactions and activities including leasing transactions on behalf of both landlords and tenants, acquisitions and divestitures of commercial real property and creating and implementing various real estate ownership structures.
Katelyn Jones
Katelyn Jones is a litigator practising commercial and civil litigation, with a focus on administrative and regulatory law. She regularly appears before the Supreme Court of British Columbia, as well as a number of tribunals and administrative bodies.

Daniel Yereniuk
Daniel has extensive experience advising clients on the acquisition, sale, financing and development of commercial properties across Western Canada. His practice also includes representing commercial landlords and tenants with lease negotiations and disputes and providing strategic advice on real property issues relating to renewable energy projects.

Judd Blitt
Judd is a litigator focusing on trust and estate-related litigation, with experience in a broad range of contentious matters including capacity and undue influence claims, dependent relief claims, removal and replacement of Personal Representatives, Will interpretation, validation and rectification and issues related to Powers of Attorney and Guardianship and Trusteeship.

Aaron Haight
Aaron assists clients with matters related to taxation, corporate commercial transactions, business succession and estate planning. As an owner of a large-scale grain farm, he provides unique insights in navigating the issues that arise with buying, growing or selling a business or transitioning it to the next generation.

Desiree Katz
Desiree has extensive experience in advising clients with respect to taxation and estate planning, advising on corporate and personal tax planning, corporate reorganizations and business structuring. Desiree works with clients across a broad range of industries, with a particular depth of experience advising family enterprises and regulated professionals.
Andrew Konopelny
Andrew helps clients with their most important construction and infrastructure projects. Whether it is developing the procurement and contracting strategy, negotiating major project agreements, or resolving disputes during and after the project, Andrew is a solutions-oriented lawyer who helps clients navigate the contractual side of complex projects.
Yassir Alnaji
With an entrepreneurial background as a business owner, Yassir brings his passion for business into the legal realm and assists clients with the implementation and execution of operational, tactical and strategic decisions as well as developing efficient, creative and effective legal solutions.
