Richard earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Victoria in 2024 and earned a B.Sc. from the University of British Columbia in 2019. His experience includes two seasons of wildfire fighting in Northern B.C., work with the Canadian Centre for Professional Legal Education, and time at a litigation firm in downtown Vancouver.
