Tom Richards carries on a general labour and employment practice. He also has experience assisting organizations with regulatory issues.

Tom advises unionized and non-unionized employers in a variety of sectors, including the resource, retail and industrial industries. He has particular experience assisting employers involved in labour arbitrations and labour board matters, and has appeared before various Courts, administrative tribunals and government agencies on behalf of employers.

Tom has presented to a number of professional organizations on employment and occupational health and safety issues, and has written on topics such as workplace safety, how to handle employee complaints and performance management.

Prior to law school, Tom worked in Executive Council for the Government of Saskatchewan. He has held a number of leadership positions in advocacy organizations.
