Will’s practice is focused on labour and employment, litigation and administrative law. He has appeared in all levels of Court in Alberta and regularly advises employers with respect to complex employment disputes as well as day to day operations and dispute avoidance.

Will completed a clerkship with the Court of Queen’s Bench (as it then was) after attending law school at the University of Victoria. Before law school, he obtained an engineering degree from the University of British Columbia, and he is also a professional engineer.

Outside of work, Will enjoys spending time with his family, including at the family farm near Olds, Alberta. He is an avid volunteer, including with the Calgary Stampede Chuckwagon and Relay Racing Committee. Will has taught civil procedure at the University of Calgary and has guest lectured in administrative law.
