Dany is a member of the firm’s labour and employment group, advising private and public sector clients on wrongful dismissal, collective agreement bargaining and administration, human rights, occupational health and safety, privacy, discipline and policy drafting.

She has appeared before the Court of King’s Bench of Manitoba, the Ontario Court of Justice and the Superior Court of Justice in Ontario, and has participated in numerous alternative dispute resolution processes.

Dany is also a proud member of the Franco-Manitoban community.
