Andy Chow
Andy is a seasoned patent and trademark lawyer with experience in drafting, filing and prosecuting applications for patents, trademarks, industrial designs and copyrights. He also represents clients in all forms of intellectual property litigation.
Graham Christie
Graham maintains a general labour and employment practice with a focus on providing efficient and practical solutions for employers. His practice encompasses four components of labour and employment law – litigation, advising, drafting and transactional matters.
Mark Gill
Mark practises in the area of banking and financial services with an emphasis on complex debt financing and lending transactions. He regularly acts for banks, credit unions, private lenders and borrowers in a variety of transactions.
Jennifer Williams
Jennifer has practised commercial real estate law for over two decades, both in private practice and as in-house counsel. Her practice focuses on development, multi-family, real estate transactions, commercial leasing, lending, construction and Indigenous real estate.

Mark Mielke
Mark focuses his practice on mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance and securities. He works with a wide range of businesses, from startups to publicly traded companies, in Calgary’s technology, life sciences, energy, cannabis and transportation sectors.
SASKATOON
Anna Beatch
Anna advises Indigenous governing bodies on a variety of matters, including governance matters, law, by-law and policy development, reserve creation and designations, Treaty land entitlement, economic development, business structuring, industry partnerships, impact benefit agreements, trust agreements for specific claim settlements and self-government matters. She also maintains a general corporate/commercial practice and provides advice on various regulatory matters.
Ryan Holfeld
Ryan maintains a general corporate/commercial practice, with a focus on mergers and acquisitions, commercial lending transactions and corporate governance matters. He also has experience advising on ownership structures and corporate reorganizations.
Nicholas Horlick
Nick’s practice focuses on tax dispute resolution and tax litigation. He has advised and represented clients on issues including corporate and personal income tax, municipal property tax, GST, PST, tax collection and tax-driven bankruptcy.
Turner Ralston
Turner’s practice focuses on advising clients on disputes in the construction and agricultural industries. He also advises executors, trustees and beneficiaries on contentious matters arising out of estates, trusts and other fiduciary relationships.
Janelle Souter
Janelle is a lawyer with the Saskatoon litigation group. She has appeared before the Saskatchewan Court of King’s Bench, the Court of Appeal for Saskatchewan and the Court of Appeal of Alberta.

Jeremie practises corporate/commercial law, primarily in the areas of construction and procurement law. His practice focuses on planning, drafting and negotiating contracts for construction projects and procurement.

Colin Findlay
Colin practices corporate/commercial law focusing primarily on mergers and acquisitions, commercial real estate and owner-operated enterprises. He regularly advises clients on complex real property matters and the purchase and sale of businesses in a wide range of industries.
Nicolas Joubert
Nicolas is a member of the firm’s leading technology, intellectual property and privacy practice. He advises clients on technology projects and transactions, procuring information technology services and software, and commercializing and licensing intellectual property.
Patrick Keating
Patrick practices in the area of corporate and commercial transactions with an emphasis on commercial real estate and banking and commercial lending matters. He provides advice and guidance to clients throughout Western Canada.
Devin Wehrle
Devin practises in the area of labour and employment law, primarily representing management involved in a variety of industries. He provides strategic advice and assistance to employers on all matters relating to labour and employment law.
